Food questions

Being as I wrote about cooking the garden yesterday and then James made a food questions challenge I thought I would give it a go.

What was your favourite food growing up We used to have these packet-mix veggie burgers that were so good. They stopped making them at least twenty years ago and my whole family are still so sad about it.

What is your favourite food that is made locally (In your region/country.) My area is well known for its Indian food, specifically Gujarati, Rajasthani, and Punjabi, which is not local, but you know. Other than that, cheese. And I do like cheese.

What is your favourite food generally Samosa chaat. All day every day if I could get away with it. I could be persuaded to alternate with a potato wada chaat.

What is one food you have had in the last year that you remember warmly Had some great pizza in the summer when I was camping with friends. Very in favour of pizza vans at campsites.

What food do you really want to try I'd like to go to a really serious sushi restaurant.

Do you take photos of your meals Only stuff I've cooked at home as a record for myself on how it turned out or to show my wife:

dirty-fries Dirty fries with lots of peri peri sauce and a 'fancy' Pepsi in a gin glass because why not

plantball-baguette Plantball baguette, mostly paprika and coriander

Savoury or sweet Savoury honestly. I like pudding - a lot - but I'd probably rather have a starter.

Spicy or no Spicy or no thank you. If it's not spicy I'm not eating it.

Tea or coffee (Both? Neither?) Neither. Take away my citizenship. I don't drink hot drinks. They freak me out. I drink a lot of Pepsi Max.
