Should this be about something?
If someone asked what this site is about I'd have to say, I don't know. Worse, I think it might be about me, which is a horrifying thought.
Should it be about something? Lots of sites are. About good, useful, interesting, and fun things.
In the past I have done that. Built sites about A Thing. Blogged about A Thing. Which is fine. Usually I'm tempted to really compartmentalise. Split every part of myself off and have a different site, a different handle, for all of them. It's a lot more admin that way. Restricting. Unnecessary?
But this time round, with this, that idea never occurred to me. Why is it occurring to me now? I don't know. Imposter syndrome at least in part.
It's not like I ever look at someone's else's website and say "But this should be about something." We all contain multitudes. And I love that.
Perhaps it's enough that this site is about things I find good, useful, interesting, and fun.
